Kelowna Express is able to provide detailed rate sheets for your convenience. Please feel free to inquire about distribution of your products within the Okanagan and surrounding regions. To supplement our standard services, we provide our customers with the option to schedule a truck on an hourly basis in the event they have several shipments to be deliverd. On top of our services listed below, we also have 3 refrigerated 5 ton trucks for perishables.
Same Day Delivery
We are proud to offer local deliveries all day within the Kelowna area. We also offer same day delivery between the following locations:
- West Kelowna to Salmon Arm – 10:00am cut off time
- Winfield to Penticton – 10:00am cut off time
- Lake Country to Osoyoos – 10:00am cut off time
- Salmon Arm West Kelowna – 1:00pm cut off time
- Penticton to Winfield – 1:00pm cut off time
- Osoyoos to Kelowna – 1:00pm cut off time
Skid Delivery
Kelowna Express has a power tailgate delivery available for an additional fee; call to Be sure to let us know when scheduling a pickup if you will be needing this service, so that we are able to send the best truck for the job.
Flat Deck Delivery
Our fleet has flat deck capabilities, available in the following deck sizes:
- 24′ x 8′ Flatdeck
- 22′ x 8′ Tilt Flatdeck
- 25′ x 8′ Tandem Axel Flatdeck w/ Forklift
- 27′ Curtainside Flatdeck
- 18′ x 8′ Tandem Axel Flatdeck Trailer
Hot Shot Delivery

Freight Carrier Service
Kelowna Express is able to suppliment a Freight Carrier’s services by providing them with a truck and driver when they require additional delivery capabilities. Bulky Shipments
All bulky shipments are subject to “cubed weight”, calculated as follows:
- (Length x Width x Height) / 173
- Dimension x 10lb per cubic foot of space occupied = Cubed Weight
When “actual weight” is less than “cubed weight”, the greater will apply.
Liability Coverage
Kelowna Express Freight’s liability for damage or loss will not exceed $2.00/lb, to a maximum of 100lbs, unless otherwise specified on the Bill of Lading. Kelowna Express Freight will not be liable for damages caused due to improper packaging of goods.
