Application Form
We couldn’t be more excited that you are joining Kelowna Express as a valued customer. There are two methods of completing an application:
- Filling out the application form online
- Dowloading the New Customer Application Form and sending it to the office via email at heather@kelownaexpress.com

Billing Information
We currently bill on a bi-monthly basis (15th and the last day of each month) with standard Net 15 day terms. We currently accept payments by cheque, credit card, and EFT. Please forward a form to set up EFT payments, if that is how you would prefer to have invoices settled. There is a 2% late charge for delinquent accounts.
